**This schedule replaces any previously published schedules due to either postponements or cancellations due the Covid -19 situation. Most of the ones that had to cancel or reschedule are rescheduling for next year. Any changes to this schedule will be posted in the Exchange Club newsletter, on our website under Tomb News and Activities, and announced at our Zoom meetings.

Nov. 11, 2020 –Replica to Cumming, Ga. for Veteran’s Day 10 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on exhibit. This is a shortened exhibit time from previous announcements. We will need to leave at 6:30 a.m. to set up at 9:00 a.m. I will need at least 2 – 3 to assist. The location is the Veteran’s Plaza in Cumming, Ga.

Nov. 15 – 19, 2020 – Gatesville, Tex. Field of Honor sponsored by their Exchange Club. I will need 2 -3 to assist with this project. More info to follow as to location and times. Still awaiting final details from the host. These dates include travel days. Show dates are 17 & 18.

Dec. 19, 2020 –Tomb Replica to Wattsville, Ala. At the St. Claire Memorial Cemetery for their Wreaths Across America wreath laying on veteran’s graves from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. CDT. We will leave at 8 a.m. our time from the Fairgrounds and return between 5 and 6 p.m. our time. I will need at least 2 volunteers

March 4 – 5 – Tomb replica at Renaissance Marquis on US 27 South of Rome, Ga. Exhibit times will be 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. both days. I will need at least two volunteers to help with set up on the 4th and break down on the 5th. Volunteers to assist at the exhibit welcome both days.

April 15 – 17, 2021 –The Tomb replica will be on display at Truett McConnell College 16 – 17 April 2021 at their Faith and Freedom Banquet where Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be the keynote speaker. Set up will be at 5 p.m. the afternoon of the 15th to set up in the lobby of the gym to be ready for exhibit beginning at 10 a.m. on the 16th until 4:00 p.m. for students and the general public. We will be back on exhibit on Saturday the 17th at 1:00 p.m. through the banquet that evening. We will come back that evening. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Helen, GA. about 15 minutes from the college. I will need 2-3 volunteers. We will depart Rome at 2:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 27, 2021 –Tomb replica set up in the Palladium at 9 a.m. for the DAR from Acworth to see the replica and tour Rome. I will need 2 – 3 to help set up and breakdown and load the trailer following the presentation.

May 31, 2021 – Tomb replica at the Fairgrounds for Memorial Day.  Details to follow.

July 7 – 10, 2021 –Tomb replica at the Exchange National Convention in Memphis, Tennessee. Travel day and set up will be on the 7th with pack up on the 10th and return home. More details to follow.

Sept. 1 – 7, 2021 (1st & 7th will be travel days)– Tomb replica to Hartwell, Ga. at the Cateechee Conference Center. More details to follow as this is firm.

Sept. 9 – 13 – Tomb replica to Quincy, Ill. with 9th and 13th as travel days to and from. More details to follow as this is firm.

*Note:We also have two contracts that are expected at anytime. One is from the Indiana State Legislature and the other from the Villages Retirement Community near Orlando, Fl. When we receive these we will add them to the schedule as they have not decided on dates as of last night.

**If your Club or organization is considering hosting this powerful and moving exhibit to your area in 2020 and/or 2021, now is the time to contact us and we will tell you if the date you desire is available and then send you the necessary information and forms to secure this exhibit for your event.
I suggest having both a primary and secondary date, as we are already beginning to get inquiries for both 2020 and 2021 since the 100th anniversary of The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is Nov. 11, 2021.
